For our teens on vacation, we try to strike a balance by offering group activities as well as the freedom to be more independent.

Hit the trails and take a ride with a vibe
Teens have the option to ride together or with their family members. Riding with others is a great way to hone riding ability, make friends, and see the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Our Wranglers are skilled, friendly, and dare we say… cool.
Take a hike
Either solo or on one of our many guided hikes is a great way to take in the scenery out of the saddle.
Rec Hall & Games
The way to unwind and connect. Our centrally located Rec Hall offers plenty of opportunities for social play. From our billiards table, outdoor ping pong, basketball hoop, to other table/board games, we have many ways to play.

Take the Boat Trip
Our weekly boat trip is an off-ranch excursion that offers water activities like tubing, skiing, knee-boarding, and cruising around beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir. It’s the perfect way to beat the heat and get a spike of adrenaline off the ranch.

Cherokee Park Ranch’s unique location gives everyone a break from cell phone service and daily distractions. Don’t forget to encourage your teens to download some music so they aren’t without their favorite tunes!
